Former Senior international business developer for L-3 Communications. Senior all source strategic intelligence analyst with over 20 years’ experience as international business developer, U.S Army officer, and expert in foreign affairs, macro-economic analysis, risk mitigation, and international security. Ron has written intelligence memos for White House Officials including briefing for DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano during facilitation of private meetings with international President from LATAM Region. He has acted as senior intelligence advisor to the Afghan National Police and was the personal advisor of the General in charge of strategic analysis of the National Police. Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and senior intelligence and policy analyst for the Joint Staff, the Pentagon. Represented the Pentagon policy positions during contacts with Congressional staff.
Graduate of the US Army Logistics School. Master’s degree in international relations, John F. Kennedy Special Warfare School in North Carolina, the world leader center for Public Affairs, Psychological Operations and Civil -Military International Diplomatic Affairs, considered an expert in subject such as mass communications, influence operations, negotiations, public affairs, and opinion campaigns and political-cultural advisory and communications talking points.
